Senior Marketing Manager

This candidate will be responsible for developing and updating cross-channel marketing collateral, web pages, communications and campaigns to expand awareness and adoption of client's lifetime income solutions. Candidate will perform a variety of tasks in the end-to-end creation and execution of marketing programs and work closely with product business partners, legal, compliance and marketing COEs to execute programs.


- Update/maintain Retirement Income Directory, an online repository for all related retirement income information across the enterprise; identify opportunities to promote it internally

- Assist with refresh of positioning, proof points and messaging and key tenets relating to retirement income for enhanced and targeted positioning by customer segment.

- Develop and maintain interactive and engaging foundational and educational content relating to annuities and retirement income solutions that can be leveraged across channels and platforms across customer segments.

- Work within Marketing to execute message testing plan to facilitate message integration and development of content and touch points.

- Assist in development and coordination of enhanced messaging to be integrated into campaigns, programs, educational efforts and cross-channel touch points to amplify and optimize retirement income awareness and positioning, with focus on pre-retirees and retirees.

- Assist in development and coordination of pilot email, direct mail, & social media campaigns with retirement income messages and touch points.

- Drive alignment and integration across broad range of cross-company retirement-income activities underway and identify opportunities for coordination.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Retirement Income Strategies product team and with Distribution team


- Expertise in developing B2C, B2B and digital marketing strategies and communications to support sales outcomes.

- 10+ years in financial services industry, with experience in retirement income and/or annuity related products.

- Experience with cross-channel marketing programs (digital, phone, mail, etc.).

- BA or equivalent, MBA preferred.

- Highly adaptable with exceptional relationship skills with strong ability to influence.

- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Strong project and time management skills

- Knowledge of client products and services and 403(b) market place needs and trends a plus
