Account Manager / Recruiter (Copley Square)
Job Description
Semper International LLC, a national staffing firm specializing in temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire placement for the print, copy, digital, pre media and interactive media is seeking an Account Manager / Recruiter for its Boston, MA office.
The Role :
This dynamic and engaging role is a linchpin position within our firm. The face of the local Semper office and the key go to person for our clients. Working with the recruitment team to generate awareness, sales and the fulfillment of client needs and offer a strategic solution to client production and key person needs.
Position Description :
Sales : * Make outbound sales/telemarketing calls to potential and current clients. (40+ calls per day) * Sell Semper's range of services. * Define specific requirements for staffing assignments. * Work to grow the territories by selling to both our targeted clients and identifying and approaching newly uncovered opportunities. o Meet clients weekly to develop understanding of their organizations to support their needs.
Requirements :
* 3+ years of staffing and/or Print/Marketing sales experience; telemarketing experience a plus. * Must be comfortable with software/PC use in job tasks; Mac skills a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Energetic, strong work ethic, organized, and a self-starter. * Highly achievement/goal motivated with a can-do, positive problem solving approach. * Well developed client relationship skills * People-person who can effectively communicate via telephone and e-mail communications to successfully overcome sales objections, market Semper's added value, and gain assignments. * Ability to multi-task, adapt to business needs and balance sales and recruiting functions.
