A Chocolat Frey Company, is seeking a driven sales professional to join our growing
team! As the successful candidate for the **Regional Sales Manager, East** you
will play a key role in growing the Company's six iconic brands: Sixlets,
Celebration by Frey, Niagara Chocolate, Ovation, Oak Leaf, and Switzerland's #1
chocolate, Chocolat Frey.

The impact you will have
in this critical position includes:

+ Develop and lead the long term strategic vision of thesales region including sales, marketing, merchandising, and promotionalprograms.

+ Executethe Company's GTM strategy by determining use of either a broker or directmodel for corporate calls and/or retail opportunities.

+ Manageand motivate broker network to optimize the Company's competitive stancewhile sourcing new opportunities to achieve Company sales goals.

+ Createand execute an enduring strategic vision for the region which identifiesand develops customer specific products, display concepts, and promotions.

+ Deliverfiscal budget for region for both dollar volume and profitability.

+ Leadall customer development efforts through cross-functional collaborationwith Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and SupplyChain.Engage all departments toachieve long-term strategy of the region.

+ Createand execute high-level strategic customer presentations to obtainchain-wide distribution of wholesale products.

+ Developand achieve accurate rolling sales forecasts to optimize productionplanning and minimize out-of-stock items.

**Knowledge and SkillRequirements:**

+ Bachelor's degree in business or related fieldrequired.

+ Minimum 5 years field sales experience withdemonstrated results; CPG required, confectionery experience preferred

+ Broker management experience required

+ Drug and/or grocery, mass, food background preferred

+ Outstanding Excel, Access, PowerPoint skills required

+ **Strong interpersonal and fact-based sellingskills; results oriented**

+ **Ability to develop accurate rolling forecasts,strategic problem solving and negotiation skills**

+ **Excellent verbal, written, analytical, andformal presentation skills**

+ Minimum travel requirement of 30%.
