In addition to the duties of a Receptionist.

o Type correspondence, reports, lists and tabulations. Edit grammar, spelling, punctuation, and document structure.

o Update calendar/schedule for manager.

o Coordinate managers appointments, travel arrangements and meetings.

o Schedule facilities. Research and resolve problems.

o Aide manager in more complex tasks. Maintains logs, records and filing systems.

o Phone and mail duties.

o In addition to the skills of a Receptionist: Three years of office experience or equivalent relevant experience; Mature and responsible personality; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
